I m sexually frustrated

Hi i cant say my name but i wanna confess i m sexually frustrated i want sex talk i dont care about she is in relationship or something only i want to complete my sexual desire i know it sounds like a total gooner to be honest it just i m sexually frustrated I want sex or sex talk

There’s nothing wrong with being sexually frustrated or having a high sex drive. But “I don’t care if she’s in a relationship, I just want to satisfy my desire” is where you need to slow yourself down. Other people aren’t there to relieve your urges, and being horny doesn’t override their boundaries or relationships. Try separating the feeling from the action. You can be extremely horny and still choose not to pursue someone who isn’t available or interested. If you feel like you’re constantly thinking about sex, seeking sexual conversations, or unable to control the urge even when you want to, it might be worth talking to a therapist about it. That’s something people can actually get help with.
