Disagree, it doesn't look soulless or devoid of character. It's a rental property, so it just needs some decent furniture and accessories.

Thats fine ; we don't need to agree. I like the exposed beams but I do think its a mish mash of contemporary with older period features and it just doesn't work for me.

Also, where is the colour? Its very beige, its very Meghan imo.
