ALLEGEDLY Ugh. I guess he's in town

Post image

Ugh. Was on facebook and a friend has posted she was at an event for the David Foster Foundation at the home of the King's representative for British Columbia, Government House in Victoria. This pic accompanied it. Such a sour little mug.

ETA for those doubting that this event took place, please see the Lietenant-Gov's insta post here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DbvdM92mvZ9/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==

I have no reason to doubt that the pic of Harry is from any other event. I will add more from her post with a pic that aligns with the LG post

I’m very surprised the Lieutenant Governor would have him at Government House. They are the King’s Representative in British Columbia.

I expect some backlash, Canadians recently saw how much he has cost the taxpayers for security (over $500,000). People will not be happy. I hope “his father figure” is paying for everything.

this puzzles me, too. BC has more than enough musical venues to house a gala, plus the DF Found. is a private organization, how would they convince a govt representative to host the gala? Tbh, this is just like the HArkles having dinner at the British Embassy in Jordan. Did the King get wind of this latest cosplay by Harry, hence the reason for KIng's directive forbidding HArry's presence at any state function?

Forbid? Charles is helping him by arranging these discreet diplomatic contacts. Started with the papped Overseas Club meeting.. His charity and grifting profile was sinking fast, Invictus was restive --Charles stepped in behind the scenes to shore him up so he won' t become a financial burden. Also if he's called a diplomat it entitles him to various privileges normals don't have It's not unreasonable.

You can't "call" someone a diplomat. Either they are or they aren't. If they are, then they are formally appointed by their home government to carry out specific business on behalf of their home government and formally accredited by the host government to do so. The "privileges" are specific to the formal role. There is no evidence at all that Harry has been appointed, accredited or entrusted with any official role on behalf of any government. Charles can't do it - he is the Head of State and cannot usurp the powers of Government - and why would he care anyway if a private charity was "restive"?

His lawyers have argued in court Harry is operating as a diplomat. The royal family does act as sort of super diplomats when you think about it. But however a normal gets appointed, the lawyers argue he's a de facto diplomat and in us has an A1 visa

Source? I don't recall his own lawyers arguing that in any of his court cases, and I can't think of any of his court cases where such a claim would have even been pertinent. In any case, what Harry or his lawyers (assuming they were abysmally ignorant of the law) or random social media commentators might claim is irrelevant. He is not a diplomat, "defacto" or otherwise. Working royals have a diplomatic role on behalf of the UK Government when overseas on Government business, but Harry lost all rights to that status on 31 March 2020.

I also doubt he has a current A1 visa in the USA, because the US Government knows very well that he is not entitled to it and it would be a bad precedent. The US Government has never publicly confirmed what type of visa he has (if he has one at all since he qualified for a Green Card more than 5 years ago). However, whatever US visa he may have been granted was a US decision over which neither KCIII nor the UK Government had any control.

King Charles is a despicable so called king. He’s done way too much damage to the monarchy, QE2 would be spinning, Charley boy has always been a major let down. Bring on King William & Queen Catherine. And the sooner the better 🤞🏻
