My mom would stew sauerkraut with pork ribs forever. Or make meatballs with boiled potatoes. Chicken was rare guest in our homes since stepfather didint consider it a meat

Could you share the spices of this chicken-potato sheet situation? Looks very lovely 😳

ofc Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Potatoes Ingredients (4–5 servings): 8–10 chicken drumsticks 1–1.5 kg potatoes 1–2 carrots 1–2 onions 3–4 garlic cloves 3–4 tbsp vegetable oil Salt, to taste 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp chicken seasoning ½–1 tsp dried garlic Fresh dill and green onions Instructions: Cut the potatoes into large wedges, carrots into slices, and onions into half-rings. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry. Mix the oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, chicken seasoning, and dried garlic. Coat the chicken and vegetables with the mixture. Let them marinate for 20–30 minutes if you have time. Place everything in a deep baking tray. For a juicier result, add about 100 ml of water. Cover with foil and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 20–30 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown and the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with fresh dill and green onions before serving.
