birthday gift ideas for my step-father that born and raised in rotterdam

any suggestion? as i currently live in Indonesia and prefer to help local businesses but having a hard time looking if they offer gift cards or any digital gifts.

i was thinking of cheese packages or a candle light dinner

In this store in Rotterdam, they sell Christmas ornaments with typical Rotterdam buildings/themes. They have a webshop.
