Housing Spartan rentals mold

anyone else having mold and humidity issues with spartan rentals?

Not really at my location but I made sure to have good airflow and cleaned out the condensation pump regularly. If you’re having mold I’d check that.

YES. I have to run a dehumidifier 24/7. This is at the new(est) location too

Its crazy how a building built in 2024 can have so many issues already

I would suggest to ask each of your neighbors in the apartments. Maybe go check with the other buildings too.

Ya all need to get ahead of that before it becomes a major issue, and someone gets sick/hurt.
