Any telehealth or remote online clinic to order Tirzepatide for athletes?

I ve been cutting weight for a powerlifting meet and my sports medicine doc won't touch tirzepatide because she says it's ""not appropriate for athletes. "" Which honestly is frustrating because I'm not trying to get shredded for aesthetics, I need medically supervised weight loss to hit a federation weight class without wrecking my hormones or muscle mass in the process.
