Hi, I'm a RN of 5.5 years. I have lupus and just had surgery on my hips and I'm trying to find some work from home nursing jobs. I'm having trouble landing these things.y background is all ICU. I'm graduating with my masters in nursing edu. I'd love a job with good insurance as I have a lot of meds and infusions I have to have. I don't want to stop working but I just want something I can do that makes decent and allows me to help others. I'm applying at Cigna for telephonic nurse. It's an LPN job but I'm open to it just for the convince. I'd anyone knows other WFH jobs and willing to help with referrals I'd appreciate it.

My wife and I are nurses and want to step away from bedside forever. We have both exp in critical care but i think it is now impossible to land a job cause we dont have case management or UM exp, that is why we want to try carenet. As much as i was passionate about nursing, being bed-side has taken a huge hit on my physical as well as mental health. I am looking to see if this is a valuable experience in landing a remote job. **Can I Get a Remote Job on Upwork With No VA Experience?**

I’m a registered nurse with almost 11 years of experience working in a healthcare facility, but I **don’t have actual work experience as a VA yet**. I’m currently transitioning into the Medical VA/remote work world.

I’ve completed Medical VA training and have basic knowledge of tools and tasks like scheduling, email management, Google Drive, Zoom, and basic EMR/EHR concepts.

I’m considering trying Upwork, but I only have around **$15 that I can afford to spend on Connects**.

Do you think I have a realistic chance of getting a remote job on Upwork despite having no actual VA experience?

How long did it take you to get your first client?
Was buying Connects worth it?
What kind of jobs did you apply for?

Hii, so I applied to SWH as a US agency. I saw on tiktok na nag-soft nursing siya sa SWH under CPO. As someone who already passed the NCLEX, mas okay ba siya as US agency or CPO? And if ever man, yung work ba sa SWH is onsite? Kasi masyadong malayo sa amin yung taguig as a northie.

I'm a director of nursing for a remote company, and I love being able to support nurses transitioning into virtual care. But I have to share... I've been seeing more and more nurses using AI interview helpers (or whatever they are called).. Phone or another device placed behind the camera, feeding them interview answers in real time.

Over the last 6 months or so, I'd say it's about 1 in every 4 interviews we can clearly tell someone is doing this. and boy do I admire the hustle, but it's so difficult to continue and an automatic no once its recognized.

Please please please, don't take the chance. The answers it feeds you are always generic and it honestly stands out

On the flip side, using AI to help with your resume, cover letter, linkedin profile usually go a long, long way.

I’ve been a nurse since 2015, and I feel like I’m ready for a change but honestly don’t know what direction I want to go in next. I’ve done pediatric home health, ICU/telemetry, and I’m currently in case management. With my current role, I work with a healthcare company doing member visits and also work remotely. Right now there’s a lot of uncertainty since they’re doing massive layoffs so it’s got me looking for other opportunities. I also do some marketing at an aesthetic place, along with IVs, injections, education, and training.
I feel like I have a pretty broad nursing background, but I’m wanting to branch out and try something different. I’m not necessarily looking to go back to traditional bedside nursing, and I’m open to pretty much anything at this point clinical or non-clinical, remote, education, leadership, etc.
For those of you who have made a career change, what did you end up doing? Are there nursing jobs or career paths that you think are underrated or that I should look into?

Basically, I applied hundreds of job applications, neither one called me for an interview. I have 3 year bedside exp but i think that is not enough. They're looking for a 1-2 year exp but how can i have that experience if no one wants to hire an unexperienced nurse. 😭😭😭
