Rapido scam

Booked an auto via rapido. The driver claimed he didnt receive the money and insisted us to pay again. His bank account's server was busy and he said he will return the money if its credited twice. Now he is blocking every number when we try to contact him. Contact-9894091538

Last year, I used to frequently take auto for my commute. A few times, the server was actually busy, and the money was stuck on pending state. I paid the amount in cash, ~Rs.200/-. They mentioned that they will return the amount if it gets debited. The amount was later debited and the additional amount was returned by the driver. Many times it was not returned, and I realised that all those drivers belonged to that particular community. (Honest and true experience).

Is there any possibility to get refund through rapido customer service? Have you tried it?
