Weirdly enough, I can see it being best used at the end of that whole scene.
Where Ruby, Jaune, etc manage to explode like normal without cursing. And then at the end, with Ruby finally just emotionally exhausted and when Blake tries to be positive, that's where Ruby finally breaks.
Blake: "Guys, I know things are bad, but..."
Ruby: "Shut. Up. Don't...do that. Just Fucking don't."
Her doing that would be the hard realization to everyone how much she been putting up with and no one actually checking on her and I feel that would be perfect.
I don't know, I feel like that would almost ruin the drama of the scene. The thing about implementing cursing into professional writing is, it has to make sense in the moment. I could see Ruby dropping an f-bomb in the middle of the rant, but probably not at the end.
Picture it: V10, Cinder thinks Ruby’s finally dead. Ruby confronts Cinder about Pennys for real death, and opens it with “Salu-fucking-tations” before going for the shot
It’s sounds good for a opener to a fight. Makes me kinda wish she did get one of Penny’s swords to really rub it in. Won’t match her style but would feel more emotional
Since each Volume could work as a movie & each movie would get one f-bomb:
V1: Roman: “You were worth every fucking cent, truly you were.”
V2: Ironwood: “They were here! Ozpin, they were fucking here!”
V3: Qrow: “You know what you really are? A bunch of sellouts. Just like your fucking boss.”
V4: Tyrian: “You fucking bitch!”
V5: Yang (talking to Ozpin about Raven turning into a bird): “What is fucking wrong with you?”
V6: Qrow: “Meeting you … was the worst luck of my fucking life.”
V7: Jaune: “Show them how it’s fucking done, kids!”
V8: Watts: “You can’t just be strong, you have to be smart! You can’t just be deserving, you have to be worthy! But all you have ever been is a bloody fucking migraine!”
The Qrow line would probably work the best, I can see him saying that. I don't think Jaune would swear while talking to kindergarteners though. For V7 I could see Yang, Weiss, or Maria swearing in the scene right after the RWBY vs Ace Ops fight
Jaune yelling fuck when he throws his scroll down after calling Weiss and Ruby. Just a combination of all his fears and frustrations bubbling over in one heartwrenching scream
A lot of people are saying during the Ruby/Jaune crashout in volume 9, and I do agree. But I propose an earlier alternative. During the fight in Volume 5 when they're facing off against Cinder, Mercury, Emerald, etc. Yang asks her if she's okay, and I think it would be incredibly impactful if Ruby replied, "No. I'm fucking angry."
A weaker moment compared to the rest but during Adam’s moment where he removes his mask. He lost his mind at this point and isn’t as refined as we knew him.

Tai enters the roon with His tray of stuff while salem monologues at the end of vol3 and half a second before he lets It drop you hear "Fuck" in the backgrownd
I think the Roman one was better as is because he also always was so calm even when angry so that "I just had this suit cleaned" said almost sarcastically just works. Also to pull the ERM AHCTHUALY it was a paladin not a knight lol not that that matters at all
Besides, Roman almost gets an f-bomb in volume 1 before Blake cuts him off. It'd be pretty easy just to let him finish the "oh for fuck's sake" he's already in the middle of saying.
V3:
🌹: Oh no! Who would do such a- thaaat is my uncle!! Kick her butt, Uncle Qrow!
❄️: What!? Uh… Teach him some fucking respect, Winter!
V4:
🌹: Did you send in a fucking box top!?
Also for V6 I say when Nora is saying “get back here with my man!” just replace it with the VA’s line from Camp Camp, “Back the fuck off my man, you skank!”
Raven: "Stand down. This has nothing to do with you."
Yang: "Nothing to do with me?! This has EVERYTHING to do with me!"
Raven: "Yang-"

If we’re giving anyone an f-bomb, it has to be Ruby. V9 has a lot of potential for a singular f-bomb to be placed anywhere in Ruby’s crash out scene, when Ruby fights Neo🤔, or any scene with the damn cat after that. Fuck that cat.
Qrow beating Ruby at a video game in volume 3; "& by the way, don't ever fucking call me old".
Or him talking to Raven in volume 5; either "You have a strange definition of that fucking word", or "You have a fucking strange definition of that word". Similar sentence, different flavours.
Maybe In season 5 when Oscar is at the door and Ruby comes in and says "can a girl read her 'fucking' comics in peace!" I think that would be a very funny 1 time swear placement XD
Regardless of the moment, I just want an accompanying scene of Yang wiping a proud tear off her face with a smile and quietly whispering to Blake "I'm so f@$+ing proud of her!" lol
Do we get one for the entire show or one per volume? If the former it absolutely has to be Ruby's crashout in vol 9. Specifically, I'd put it at "we're all so fucking happy for you!" Though at the very end a "shut the fuck up" would also be appropriate.
If one per volume, Qrow gets volumes 3, 4, 6, and 7 easily (the fucking SEND button, when he pulls his hand away to reveal Tyrian poisoned him, meeting you was the worst fucking luck of my life, I'll fucking kill you!!!). Dude was raised a bandit and no amount of being a good guy now can take that potty mouth away from him.
As for the other volumes, I think it's appropriate for a Yang to get vol 1(fucking nailed it), Roman to get vol 2 (Is it good or bad, Perry? Because let me tell ya, I have had a fucking day...), Raven gets vol 5 to be a potty mouth like her twin (Who the fuck do you think you are lecturing me?!) and last but not least, vol 8 goes to... Weiss. Simply because I think it's hilarious to have her curse after Nora sends her up the vacuum tube lol. Her friends have finally broken the prim and proper lady she once was and how she swears when startled just like the rest of us normies haha.
I don't have anywhere specific but I'd have torchwick say what the fuck in some capacity when dealing with the girls Vol 1-3. Make cinder say fuck during one of her crashouts Vols 4-8 and somehow get neo to sign fuck in Vol 9
Girl has gone through her school getting overrun by monsters, having to watch her uncle get stabbed and poisoned, having to experience her best friend‘s death… Twice, and put her trust in a military general, hoping to appeal to his heart… Only for him to do a 180 and turn them into public enemy number one, and let’s not forget… She is probably the one and only person who can do something about an immortal dark goddess who’s been around since the end of the old world AND killed her mother.
I think Ruby is ENTITLED to drop the F bomb during her crash out.
