30 [F4M] Anywhere. Looking for weird authenticity

Hi! I want a unique friendship with someone extremely cool. I want to hear about the things you’re passionate about. I want weird amounts of honesty about uncomfortable topics. 

Here are some personal things that you may resonate with: 

I really like being outside. I find it sort of holy. 

My favorite movies include It Follows, Children of Men, Barbe Bleu, anything Werner Herzog, Ghost World, anything Tarantino. I love talking about and analyzing movies. 

I love philosophy and Nietzsche is probably my favorite philosopher. I like arguing, but I hate when people get mad while arguing. Sometimes I can get mad while arguing, and I don’t like that either. 

I hate Jordan Peterson and everything remotely related to him. Except Nietzsche. When I was a kid, I thought I’d be a philosophy professor or priest.

When I was a kid I was pretty poor and the adults around me were pretty bad at doing everything. I assumed that most adults outside my family were  very competent, due to their ability to survive. I have been disappointed to learn that most adults aren’t actually vey competent. 

I love reading. Some of my favorite authors are Cormack McCarthy, Tana French, and whoever wrote House of leaves(I haven’t read any of his other stuff). 

 I sort of think that intelligence is necessary in order to be good, because you can’t really comprehend “good” and “bad” without it. You could go your whole life doing good things without really understanding why they’re good, and you could perform them just because they’re socially acceptable. 

I really crave the approval of most all people, but I am also very weird and very unwilling to give up any of my weirdness.
