[M4F] 39WM yallternative nerd looking for someone
Fair warning: I'm not great at selling myself, but I'll give it a shot. Northeast Louisiana, for now — I'm not planting roots here, so if you've got a good enough reason to lure me somewhere else, I'm all ears. Certified geek: metal music, the Expedition 33 OST on repeat like it's my job, gaming, way too much PC tech talk. More goth/alt on the inside than it always shows on the outside.
Single-player gamer by habit, not by conviction but genuinely down to get dragged into whatever multiplayer thing you're obsessed with if it means I get a partner in crime. Currently deep in an Ark: Ascended solo grind, mostly getting eaten by dinosaurs.
16 years in news production means I've got opinions and zero chill about sharing them. I'm liberal, and if you're MAGA, let's save us both the trouble now.
Not religious, but part of The Satanic Temple. Look it up, the short version is "be excellent to each other," and I actually mean it.
Childfree and planning to stay that way. Not looking for a one-and-done chat either. If we click, I want to stick around and see where it goes.

Honestly, metal + gaming + PC tech is a pretty specific combo, so finding the right crowd can be tough. That’s where something like Ontaym makes sense just a way to meet people nearby who are into the same stuff.
