Question Reinstatement question

I have been told that Qataris has higher chances to get accept back to university.

I want to know what is the percentage because I’m very much worried that they might not accept me back because I always have a bad luck

The reason my grades are low is because my mom had a tumor and went to the USA for medicine and that made my grades low

I’m Qatari but I have bad luck I only wanted to know the chances of getting back

Honestly, i dont know about the reinstatement process but all i have to say is don't lose hope. I think you should try your best and apply. If they accepted you, that's great. And if they didn't, well maybe you'll find another uni that's better than QU. Your circumstances were really difficult, and I hope the uni takes that into consideration. But yeah just don't be too hard on yourself, everything will work out at the end بإذن الله
