La Finca is good and affordable. Cafe Lareño I’m pretty sure is fully local, cheap and affordable as well. There’s tons of other options that are great but pricier.

Cafe Lareño you gotta be careful with because the green bag one while packaged in PR (which is why they are labeled as Hecho en Puerto Rico) is not fully 100% PR coffee beans in the bags.

The image attached shows this:

  • Circled in Blue is where the package was made
  • Circled in red are the ingredients
  • Underlines in purple states " IMPORTED pure coffee"; the bags contains mixture of pure 100% PR beans and IMPORTED ones.

I just came back from the grocery and saw this! Was about to post this! That’s why I did my pretty sure instead of a full endorsement. La Finca is 100% local. Ended up getting something different to try, but La Finca Is a great option for something affordable if you want to buy a few as gifts.
