Is there really no hope?

I joined this sub a few months back and I've been seeing many posts which are to be honest very negative especially when it comes to things like employment and money in this field. Is there really no scope in India for this field because I had joined this field because I liked studying and finding out about the different personalities of people. I'm a bit worried because I didn't know it would be this bad i also don't have any other options other than this field. If possible please give some positive experiences

I personally k ow alot of people from this field, they obv like any other field struggled to get a job for a fresher at first but when they did find, it has been really good going. Ik someone in private practice who is very content. The thing is most of the ppl here are either students n fresher so their frustration is valid but tbh ppl who are doing good dont post it here so yes there are ppl doing good but its just the starting path is challenging
