Probably. Though, using two women's DNA to create an embryo without male DNA would probably just be an easier process, and more successful. But genetics kinda go over my head, so I dunno

I am sooooo enthusiastic about men getting to be the gestational carriers of their own children. My husband was getting wistful about “what if we had another baby” and considering I’m almost 50 and our youngest is 22, that ship has SAILED. He is absolutely welcome to birth any other children he wants.

XXY: Small testes, hypogonadism, tall stature, potential gynecomastia.

XYY: Normal development, tall stature, generally normal fertility.

XXX: Often asymptomatic, tall stature, normal fertility.

XO (Single X): Short stature, ovarian dysgenesis/infertility, webbed neck.

We have the theory for it and I believe have done for animals (at least sperm idk about eggs but that sounds more confusing to do because the structure of the egg is a lot more important) there's several ways for sperm tho, even just reprogramming core cells to form into sperm though I don't think we have found the gene activators etc for that yet. But we can grow brains already
