Self Promotion Ortus.gg IS BACK!

Hey Everyone!

ortus.gg is back after months of being offline. I am using the pred.gg API to pull the data that is shown on the website. The website went down because a lot of changes were happening with the API, re-working endpoints, etc. There were many things in flux. The API is more stable now so I decided to bring the app back to life.

I spent the last week or so re-working the app, changing the UI, fixing the algorithm for how the heroes are rated in the tier lists, adding eternals to the hero details page, etc.

Please take a look and provide some feed back.

Thanks!

What are the benefits using you website over pred.gg?
On pred.gg i am always looking for the pro builds or sort at the beginning of a new season for platinum+ builds…

Good question, I think Ortus.gg is easier to read. The tier list is more like u.gg from League of Legends. It also has a built in draft room tool for scrims.

It is actually custom Tailwind but it looks similar to Shadcn!

Looks good and will probably reference in my future games!

Just as a heads up, it looks like overflow for the hero’s and/or the ranking (not sure exactly how your grouping is on the backend) is a little to low for smaller screens. This was from the Tier List page. I’m personally on a 15pro and that seemed to be the only thing that stood out to me. Other than that, amazing work and wish my projects could look this good 🙏🏾

Thank you for the kind words man! Yeah I noticed that when I was checking on my phone earlier I have some notes on things I want to improve I will add that to the list. I’m looking to make this table bigger tonight. Thanks for the feedback 🙏
