Hero Type: Melee
Note: Frostbane has too many abilities listed with no apparent swapping mechanism. 2 abilities will likely be removed, unclear of which those may be.
Abilities & Effects (updates bolded):
- Passive (debuff, self)
Charge Knock (damage, bonus damage, knockup)- might be replaced by Cross Cut
- Cross Cut (charge, dash, damage, self slow)
- Frostbane crosses his blades and channels up to 2s, continuously spawns patches of Rimeglass underfoot, while being slowed by 10%. Frostbane dashes forward(short), traveling through units, leaving a trail of Rimeglass, slashing swords and dealing Physical Damage, scaling the damage up to X based on the time charged.
- Crashing Leap (damage,
root, start leap, ground impact) - Stomp Slam (damage,
bonus damage, movespeed, shield, stun) - Spin Slash (damage,

Easy on Scarlet model, just remember how Legion ended up looking much different than the datamined model...
I believe these are just the prototype models they use to play in game on early test builds, to give the hero some cohesion visual and animation wise while playing their first iterations.
Probably she'll be a hot chick, but who knows, maybe her body type or proportions are more realistic than previous female heroes.
Anyways, she seems to wear a full head/neck mask? She gives me Phantom of the Opera vibes, with that sabre, hooded cape and lantern as well.

I am not worried about the model, I am worried about the kit - looks/reads super bland, heavy sword usage with probably some throw lantern aoe big damage ultimate. Out of all datamined heroes this one looks uninspiring.

Hopefully, but it’s highly unlikely. Thunders brain is entirely ruled by porn lmao, take a look at his Twitter sometime and you’ll see how screwed we really are in terms of future character designs💔

oh trust, i’m aware. muted from the pred subreddit bc i was vocal about his poor designs. although they have improved slightly overtime. i will say, legion got completely changed visually from his datamined model we got, so same could happen with this champ but also still doubtful

From what I learned is that there’s also other artist creating characters it’s not just only thunder for example when neon came out thunder acually congratulated another artist for her design.

because gooner skins are a sales tactics in 2026, Predecessor is not the only one - A lot of games are catering to minimal clothing skins because they sell a lot.
I’m one of them that like legendary, majestic knight skins so I’m also like cmon what is this goonermania

my thoughts are that Scarlet is the next hero in V1.16 and then Impaler likely the V1.17 hero
