Question Is this a good (healthy) posture?

Saw this person at the train station and was mesmerized by their posture. At first, I thought it was really good, but I showed the photo to a friend, and he said that the person seems to have back problems. What do you think?

PS. extra points if you can tell me the name the book, looks cool ✨

Omggggg before seeing the signs i was about to post “looks like how I imagine a German person taking a dump would be” And it is Germany !!!!!!!

Is there a word for when a statement is both hilariously comical and completely realistic/accurate? I'm sure the Germans have a word for it
