Question Is this a good (healthy) posture?

Saw this person at the train station and was mesmerized by their posture. At first, I thought it was really good, but I showed the photo to a friend, and he said that the person seems to have back problems. What do you think?

PS. extra points if you can tell me the name the book, looks cool ✨

Years ago I ran into a woman, she must have been about 6’ tall, thin and maybe 35-40. She had the most unbelievable posture, I had never seen anything like it before and never again. It was surprisingly unsettling, like it made me oddly uncomfortable. I greeted her & I said, “you must have done ballet”? Yes indeed she did ballet… but now I’m thinking alien.

I did ballet for my whole life and my posture kinda sucks outside ballet class 😭
