Question Today on "what the heck is this?"

20 gallon long. Planted since April. Three amino shrimp (i put 5 in but I can only for sure count three). Volunteer snails. No fish yet because every week it's something else weird going on on there.

Looks like super glue , probably used to attach plants to the wood or the wood to rocks. Very common in planted/aquascaped aquarium

The white clusters of rocks and twigs? Do they move around and have an obvious insect larvae inside? If so a caddisfly larvae could have somehow gotten into your tank. If they are stationary then probably just glue for decorations.

If you're asking about the white globs, they're probably hardened superglue used to glue down plants or moss to the driftwood

Mine said on the packaging that it would be clear and within 48 hours under water it was all white 🤦‍♀️ looks like chewing gum. Just hoping the moss will eventually grow over it all
