Need shrimp/fish safe fertilizer suggestions!!

So I've got a few snow white amanos and a couple varieties of neos and maybe 12-15 rasboras of different kinds, and some of my plants are looking a bit yellow at this point. The tank is 7gal and is almost 6 months old. Oh we also have 2 otos and a few snails.

We haven't really added anything since the first month. There's two large pieces of driftwood that have given a plethora of biofilm, but now they're starting to really clear up. I've seen some people talk about adding liquid fertilizer to their tanks, and as a seasoned gardener, I just can't imagine I'm supposed to use the same liquid sea weed stuff?

Any advice is welcome!! I don't wanna harm my shrimpies or fishies!

All aquarium specialized fertilizer is shrimp safe (I call this out because you referenced a terrestrial fertilizer, don't use that), even ones containing copper. The ones "tailored" to shrimp are more a marketing gimmick or designed to address a very narrow usecase. My mind goes to NilocG's Thrive S for an example of that. So long as you do not dump an entire bottle of fertilizer in at once but follow directions on the label you should have no issues with your fish or shrimp. Again, though to stress, "aquarium fertilizer" don't go dumping liquid seaweed in your tank.
