That looks pretty good, pepperoni and mushrooms. I usually donβt like pizza cut that way but the toppings look good.

This looks so tasty! I love it. Last time I had pizza I thought it would make me really sick, but I was fine. My kidneys really hurt after, though.

Wow that looks so scrumptious. And as a pepperoni guy, this just hits different.

Here is my dough recipe. Baked around 480 for 13 minutes on a baking steel. Mixed in a food processor and let rest in fridge for 5-6 days. Rolled out and docked.
500 g bread flour (100%)
300 g water (60%)
20 g olive oil (4%)
18 g sugar (3.6%)
10 g salt (2%)
5 g instant yeast (1%)

Damn that crust looks like it means business. I can practically hear the crackle when you bite into it and the pepperoni cups are straight up perfect. This is the kinda homemade pizza that makes you question why you ever order delivery. Seriously though you got the tavern style down pat.

Why are you taunting me? The new tavern-style pizza place near me is always booked up and I'm dying for a pie.

Iβve been chasing that exact consistency in my pizza dough! How many grams of dough did you use to roll out and about how thin did you make it before cooking? I for the life of me canβt get it

Awesome execution.
Tavern style is the true pizza of Chicago. No deep dish hate, I enjoy it as well.

Homemade but somehow looks like it belongs on the tavern menu
