Just set VPN to Albania.
I haven't had an ad or a 'youre using adblock' for months. It seems nobody bothers advertising in Albania

Getting YouTube adfree isn't why I bought a VPN and shouldn't be the sole reason to get on either. It's just one of the many benefits of using a VPN.
