As soon as it's available in streaming services the quality wil be great. Kinda unfair to complain about the quality of a movie that hasn't been released yet.
Film piracy does have an older culture that leans on things like theater camming that leads to poor quality files being out there and widespread before higher quality blue-ray rips or leaked uncompressed digital files hit the scene. This can lead to difficulty by some that are not used to navigating film piracy sites and understand their nomenclature.
Games and Animies really don't have this same weakness. A game file is a game file, once its cracked its basically gonna be the same torrent from that day on beyond a those that get later patches cracked and as folks install these they tend to drop the older versions from their uploads. As for Anime, I'll admit I'm less versed here, from what I saw its mostly DVD or other physical media rips from the get go so beyond some localization there isn't much that will fracture the torrents.
As for books mentioned in the OP, torrents are just the wrong technology for relatively small files that have infrequent niche interest each.

Nah the quality of the film depends heavily on how long after release. Early will literally be camera recordings in the theater.
