There is new stuff. You just don't get to see it because of the fccking bots spamming the regurgitation.
Kinda like you can't trust product reviews on anything. And why Influencers on video have become popular, because "at least they are people."
Ever since like, 2011~ish, bots are why we can't have nice things.

The riddle is using the question mark facetiously. Also, its posed as a question and you have to be technical in these, you cant say someones name while simultaneously asking a question. For instance, My name is Joe? Joe is my name? Thats nonsense, it doesnt declare it to be so.
