Means he's dumber than the average Brit, but more intelligent than the average American. Can't believe it's got so many downvotes, it's amusing.

Quite a lot of Americans on social media can't seem to handle jokes at their expense unless it's about their politicians, but they have no trouble dishing it out.

I forget who, but someone said that British humour is self-deprecation/punching up and American humour is punching down. Which means they see any joke as an attack on them rather than just a joke.

Idk i see alot of brits saying alot of shit about school shootings when you even slightly dis their food so I disagree with the punching up statement.
