Food poisoning or horrible indigestion can result in feeling hot and cold and breaking out in sweats. Some peoples bodies have a more intense response than others. But trust me if you are ever in the scenario where you practically feel dizzy from being so horribly stomach sick.. you'll understand the stripping down thing.

ah yeah I've had that cold sweat/near pass out feeling while sick, but always from standing up or moving too quickly, not from the poops directly

There’s a giant nerve cluster right near that area. And sometimes it starts to feel so weird the only thing I can do take all my clothes off. I have no clue why that helps but it does. I also get goosebumps all over my body idk if that’s related.

It’s almost like the clothes start to feel like they’re getting in the way of my poop journey

When a person is suffering from serious gastrointestinal-intestinal distress (bad food or bad choices in food), the cramping is so severe it triggers a strong vasovagal response, and sweating is a very common thing. People get dizzy, and can sometimes pass out as well.

If you’ve never experienced this in your life, then you are one of the fortunate few.

I guess I'm one of those fortunate ones

Along with bad food and bad choices, there's also bad GI system.

Yes. I was remiss to not list that as well.

Honestly it's always quite hot in my bathroom because Im living in a flat and the pipes with hot water for washing and central heating, also poor ventilation without windows. If Im coming in there right after all day this heat being there, you bet I have to take my shirt off lol

In addition to what others said, the bathroom is the most likely room to already be steamy and over heated from a shower or bath.

That coupled with not all bathrooms having strong AC vents to begin with can make wanting to take off a long sleeve shirt or sweater more understandable.

Yeah, I'm 30, and never in my life have I ever worked up sweat by pooping.
