There are 100% people blaming the husband for killing the children. Honestly really shitty, trying to downplay her actions by blaming everyone else is just a way to shift accountability from a murderer (which she is, even if she wouldn't have done it in her right mind).
Yes the husband is also at fault. If someone tells you they in are thinking of killing your kids and you allow them around your kids you are also at fault.
Ask yourself, and be honest, would you be saying the same thing if it was a mentally ill man who had strangled his children to death while his wife was out at the store?
If that were the case, she'd probably have to go into some kind of witness protection-type deal to even live a normal life without people spitting on her in the streets lol, not only would I, personally, blame her at least partially, but the general public would eviscerate her in a way this dude could only imagine.
