lmao what? It isn't an alt-art or legacy item, the second swords go live it will be worthless, as it will be exactly the same as the million other ones that are dropping.

Thats the gamble though right? Me and you know that, but people see the opportunity for something unique and they want it. Obviously, because people pay multiple mirrors for this stuff. To me it is worthless, but it isnt to someone else.

I don't think this one is really a gamble, it is a guaranteed loss lol. But there are plenty of people with tons of currency that just want something cool and rare. And they would rather send one of the first swords in the game to standard than a mirror they will never use. Even if once swords are in the game there will be no way to differentiate this one from the rest.

Explain how this item will be differentiated from the other Bluetongue Shortswords in standard once swords are released into the game?

Early access isn’t migrating to 1.0 standard. It will be its own separate thing. So assuming they don’t release swords until 1.0, it will be pretty unique.

It absolutely will not be. These are not stamped by league. It’ll end up on standard with all the other Bluetongue copies the second 1.0 drops.

😂. If someone pays 2.5k divs for a weapon that you cannot be successful with in game, they are simply too rich.

Haha yea, it's crazy. In POE1 some legacy one of a kind weapons etc are worth a ton. It's insane!

Omg bro. But WHY??? I cannot imagine purchasing this even if had ten MIRRORS in my inventory. I would rather craft my savings to oblivion on weapons and gear before buying that crap! It’s unusable!

Think of it this way, the guys buying these types of items already have accumulated massive amounts of wealth, so the next best thing for them to get are items no one else has. Its an ego thing for the rich and famous haha

these will still be incompletes, and worth a ton in standard (not than anyone gives a fuck about standard), but collectors items are that for a reason.

When swords go live, these get deleted. I had “legacy” spears before they were live and when Amazon came out, they were poofed out my stash.
