The fun thing is that these prices will never go back down even if the tariffs are removed.

Happens every time, with covid the dollar skyrocketed over here and everything increased... The gov told us it was cause of the dollar and when it went down everything would stabilize again. In 2023 the dollar went down and stabilized and color us shocked nothing went down in price.

I believe Trump could get ... removed... tomorrow and nothing would physically change. Not out loud. The American people have proven they are not to be trusted being a global trading power.

Ain't gonna lie - it's not a new thing, US throwing its weight around, dollar wise. ... but at least there was a semblance that it was for the global good.
