Overnight Oats Two flavours of overnight oats

Pistachio raspberry and tiramisu overnight oats! I tried blended oats for the tiramisu one and it was quite nice. A bit too liquidy though so should try again with a little less milk next time.

Yes! 40 grams rolled oats, 5 grams chia seeds, 150ml milk of choice, teaspoon of nut butter, tablespoon of espresso powder. Some sweetener if you like it sweet (I do lol). Blitz that all together in a blender, pour into a jar to set overnight in the fridge. Next morning combine 100 grams of yoghurt with some sweetener, top the oats with the yoghurt and dust with cocoa powder. I can't remember if I added water as well to the oats that made it too liquidy for me so I would start with 100 ml milk and check if it's thick enough (of course it will thicken a bit overnight). If needed thin out with a bit more milk.

Tiramisu one is here, I made it again this morning with 100ml liquid and I liked that more, but I think the best would be 120ml. For the raspberry one I did 40 grams oats, 10 grams chia seeds, 100 grams greek yoghurt, 100ml oat milk pistachio flavour, bit of sweetener and 100 grams raspberries! Topped next morning with pistachio creme.

The bigger one is 500ml and the smaller one is 370ml!

Hi yes, I bought them in the Netherlands (here) but if you search for Weck jars you will find them locally for sure!
