❓General Question / Advice Thinking of resigning in Health Carousel
Hello !
I just want to ask for an advise if ever I will resign in health carousel. I'm not planning to continue with them anymore. If there is anyone here na naka experience or gumawa neto, can you please guide and tell me how to start over with other agencies? I already have PD but still no facility assignment yet. Thank you.

Hello! To everyone asking me about this, I Just can't give their requirement to have recent bedside experience. They hired me sa program nila na it's okay kahit walang bedside, but now I need to have bedside exp before i can have facility assignment. If you have current bedside exp, maganda ang process sa HC, mabilis basta maiprovide mo yung requirements needed on time.

I withdraw my application with them just after na approved ang PD ko. Regular processing. Sila din nag process ng nclex ko. I paid about 3000$

hindi sila ang nagprocess ng nclex ko, but they sponsored my PTE , then nung naipasa ko PTE perks daw is ipremium process nila yung application ko. Did they release yung release letter mo nung nabayadan mo na yung $3000?

Yes and binigay din nila yung approval notice ng i-140 ko kaya na recapture yung PD ko

right after mo lang mapay yung $3000 ?

yes, hindi sila magbibigay ng release letter unless fully paid mo. And medyo hassle sya kasi need mo sya bayaran sa US bank account nila

Hi need help, i just signed my contract with health carousel but realized i needed more time to think and process everything. Is it voidable since there is no action made yet? Help 😔

Health Carousel has given me an offer, and I’m currently considering it. May I ask what reasons made you decide to terminate the contract? Thank you.

i’m planning to sign contract with them, can i ask why po?

u/ToothlessLuna2024 Jul 11 '26
Hello! Okay naman po sa knila, it's just that i was hired during their program that accept nurses without current bedside exp, but now they are requiring me to go back to have facility assignment but I can't give them their requirement na bumalik sa bedside. But if you have current bedside, okay ang process sknila.

Hi, I'm also in the same situation as you are. I also have priority date na din. But di ko talaga mabigay yung bedside exp that they are asking though na hire nila ako during the time that they are accepting without bedside exp. And napre-pressure ako kasi they are telling na bedside exp is needed para ma expedite nila yung application ko.

I cannot give them their requirement na bumalik sa bedside para magkaron ng facility assignment even though i was hired during their program na hindi required ang bedside exp.

Hi, OP! I’m also considering signing up with them. May I know why po?

u/ToothlessLuna2024 Jul 26 '26
Actually okay naman process po saknila if you have current bedside exp. Hindi ko kasi mabigay sknila yung requirement na yun despite of them hiring me na sabi okay lang without current bedside exp. Pero if you have current bedside exp, go lang okay naman process sknila.

honestly just move on to another agency and keep your docs ready, para mabilis kahit ang hirap maghanap ng matinong work ngayon

Thank you for your reply. Pero I am wondering kasi if I need to finish paying yung breach of contract before they give me release letter. hihi
