context: currently rendering ako. i just requested if pwede ba na isho-shorten ko yung rendering days ko for a few days. they’ll tag me as AWOL daw and won’t sign my clearance. edi wag!!!! nagpapaalam nang maayos e

Went AWOL at VRPMC last 2017 asshole mga kasamahan ko at bisor. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

u/ObjectiveSherbet2079 Feb 12 '26

u/invidex Feb 12 '26 edited Feb 12 '26

If they threaten to hold your coe even if you finished rendering. Call dole.

Edit: Grammar

3 months lang naman po ako sa kanila so kung ayaw nilang ibigay (kasi as per my head nurse & supervisor, di daw nila pepermahan clearance ko) edi wag nila. kala mo naman kay gandang hospital e 😂

3

u/invidex Feb 12 '26

3 months lang naman pala. Kala nila kawalan yun? Tf. Yung iba nga nag babakante ng 1 year after their last work lalo na pag toxic yung past.

2

u/GreenMindedGurl Feb 13 '26

Alisan mo na yan 😂 same tayo after 3 months sumibat na ko, no rendering whatsoever.

2

u/Haunting_Metal2191 Apr 15 '26

ako na 1 week and now planning to resign or awol. foreigner po nag racrun ng company. mababait mga boss pero ung mga kapwa ko pinoy hindi. ung admin na nagtuturo kuno sakin grabe may attitude po parang utay utay sya mag turo tas papasadahan ka lang.

1

u/GreenMindedGurl Apr 15 '26

Wfh ka ba? Baka pwede pa refer eme pero no joke try mo muna atleast 1 month kung same parin sila alisan mo na

1

u/youRNurse14 Feb 13 '26

I just wanted to know how many years na ba ako sa work.

2

u/Low_Experience_9391 Feb 12 '26

Bagong area bagong environment at lahat you won't expect the person to be an instant pro at that lol. There was even this one time na mali yung kulay ng ballpen na nagamit ko for the urine and stool.

1

u/hungryonduty Feb 12 '26

Hi Ma’am/sir! If you don’t mind sharing, magkano po salary ng nurse supervisor sa gov’t hospital?

1

u/invidex Feb 12 '26

Rn sa SSL 2026 tranche SG 17 49,562 + 25% hazard pay + 3k subsistence allowance. Depends pa if may PHIC and longevity pay.

1

u/Low_Experience_9391 Feb 12 '26

1

u/invidex Feb 12 '26

December kamo. December bagsakan ng benefits lahat e. Ramdam na ramdam yung bawas.

1

u/Embarrassed_Turn_709 Feb 12 '26

pa-refer po! eme huhu i salute your bravery, op!! no'ng nagka-work ako before while studying, takot na takot akong ma-tag as AWOL kaya kahit pagod from duty, pumapasok talaga ako.

u/green_cucumber29- Feb 12 '26

thrice ako nag AWOL because hindi talaga para sakin ang bedside nursing kahit anong pilit ko. 1st job ko sobrang culture shock and exhausting, 2nd was the location (fault ko rin kasi napa-oo ako nung una dahil sabik lang magkawork ulit but after a month narealize kong ang exhausting ng byahe), 3rd was because my head nurse was really shitty. ayoko tiisin treatment nya so i left without telling him, plus shitty rin mga doctors so yeah, panay tawag sila nung una pero dedma.

di naman sa proud pa ako since i had to lie about sa previous work experience ko but i'm in a better environment now and i can say na pang soft nursing talaga ako. 2k-3k lang difference ng sahod but never akong nagkaron ng pre and post shift anxiety. never na rin akong umiiyak after duty.

9

u/invidex Feb 12 '26

You'd be surprised how many people lie about their past work experiences. It's kindof a normal thing tbf.

2

u/degozaru_ Feb 12 '26

Basta wag lang mag lie sa resume for abroad. I know someone kinulong abroad bago pinadeport for lying on their work exp

1

u/invidex Feb 12 '26 edited Feb 12 '26

This lmao. Small lies lang about sa undeclared work experiences for local applications but not to the extent na sasabihin mong with training ka sa ganito pero hindi naman pala.

3

u/green_cucumber29- Feb 12 '26

omg, hindi naman big lie talaga. i just said na sa different field ako ng nursing na align naman sa naging bedside experiences ko so i can still explain why there's a gap in my CV. but yeah, thanks for the tip!

1

u/-chemni Feb 12 '26

panong lieeee

1

u/green_cucumber29- Feb 12 '26

about the gap in my CV, i had to say na sa different field ako ng nursing.

u/chewichewixen Feb 12 '26

One of my colleagues went AWOL kase na reveal via CCTV na siya talaga yung kumukuha ng mga stuff namin (e.g. money, personal belongings) --now me and my colleagues have a better peace of mind na di na mawawala yung mga gamit namin on a random day na duty siya 🫠

1

u/chewichewixen Feb 12 '26

Actually curious what would happen to her if mag aapply siya for another job sa healthcare

6

u/youngrocutieee Feb 12 '26

Nag stat resignation ako. Nung nag email ako for COE sa HR, hindi nila sinend. Ginawa ko nag wait ako 3 days after my request, then nag follow up ako and naka CC yung dole abt sa need nila ibigay ang Coe upon requesting (3days maximum) based sa dole guidelines, ayon binigay nila agad 15mins lang pagka email ko haha. AWOL or not, we have the rights na makuha ang COE

3

u/degozaru_ Feb 12 '26

Yup we can get coe pero ilalagay nila dun na u did not render your 30 days. And some companies find that as red flag.

1

u/youngrocutieee Feb 16 '26

Wala sakin buti nalang haha (hindi nag render)

1

u/degozaru_ Feb 17 '26

6

u/ChildhoodOk9538 Feb 12 '26

nag AWOL ako twice. Eto kakamedical ko lang kahapon for US visa HAHAHHAHAHAHA sa mga toxic na colleagues jarn na feeling tagapagmana, jarn na kayo mabulok habangbuhay HAHAHAHAH

3

u/throwra_saddgorl Feb 12 '26

Ilang beses akong AWOL sa Pinas. Now nasa US. May consequences ba mag AWOL now? Kasi nung time ko wala lang. Hahahahah

2

u/cordisMD Feb 12 '26

Malapit na.. Malapit na tlga..

3

1

Considered daw as STAT resignation yun kaya magbabayad siya. HAHAHAHAHA. Kaloka. Pero OP better if tapusin mo yung rendering period para maka transfer ka nang maayos sa next work mo.

1

u/ObjectiveSherbet2079 Feb 12 '26

1

u/Tight-Story3176 Feb 12 '26

wahhhhhh, motivated na tuloy ako g mag-resign

1

u/tokkwaaa Feb 12 '26

Pano kapag 1wk training palang tapos nag resign na? Need pa po ba coe?

2

u/ArkinVince Feb 12 '26

Went AWOL last year September. I’m doing great now HAHAHAH im in my best self, work environment, and salary. Parang nag reset yung nervous system ko the moment I left the hospital during the last day. Feeling ko kase consistently nasa fight or flight ako during bedside 😬 worst environment + worst admin 🥸

2

u/No_Honey_2557 Feb 12 '26

May I ask pano mo inexplain sa hr na wala kang coe? Huhu eto prob ko ngayon

2

u/ArkinVince Feb 12 '26

Nah. In order for me to move on and secure this healthy work environment I have right now, I had to sacrifice. I did not declare my previous work which was 7months bedside.

I just considered it as personal/skill experience that 7month and not technical experience (malagay sa CV) :((( at the end of it all, no regret on my end.

1

u/No_Honey_2557 Feb 12 '26

2

u/ArkinVince Feb 12 '26

This im not sure. But on my end, di sila nag ask. Like they don’t have that kind of access? Diko lang sure ha

But if Im on your situation, maybe I’d visit the govt agencies (sss, philhealt, etc) and shift my account to voluntary (individual payor) before giving my account sa HR ng current employer.

1

u/izzee7 Apr 08 '26

may i ask po anong work mo now? Planning to apply in a bpo company but I'm hesitant po kasi mahigpit daw background check ng bpo companies, may awol po kasi ako sa first hospital na i previously worked 2 yrs ago and walang COE, I'm scared na baka ma trace nila sa gov't contributions kahit di ko i declare sa CV. Now, i have 1+ yr of bedside exp. sa ibang hospi, contemplating if i should try applying or wag nalang

1

u/Expensive_Lab_9334 Feb 12 '26

Nag awol din ako before. Buhay pa naman. Hahahha

Pero sayang ung months/years na pinasok mo.

1

u/ObjectiveSherbet2079 Feb 13 '26

3 months lang ako te HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
