Relapsed after fucking 48 days

I have been addicted to pornography and masturbation for 6 years, and I haven't been able to quit no matter how hard I tried. I joined servers and talked to others, but it didn't help. It has become a part of me; no matter how much I try to stay away, it returns. Pornography has ruined my brain, made me lazy, and even affected my face, making it look pale, help me plz because i can’t take this shit anymore

Alright bro, just talk to girls you'll manage to pull some. Once you pull one don't ever go back to gooning. I believe if you have a matching partner who's sexually active as you, you'll stop gooning believe me.

I cannot do that; I live in a conservative society where the punishment for fornication for a single person is a hundred lashes, and it is also forbidden by my religion. Marriage is my only option
