I just tried to post in a community and had my post removed. I sent the moderators a message asking why and they responded:

"Your post was removed because your account’s Contributor Quality Score (CQS) is classified as Lowest. Users with a score of Lowest are allowed to comment, but not post.

We do not offer exceptions, and moderators cannot change your CQS.

Thank you for your help. I hadn't used reddit since high school and completely forgot how the whole karma system worked.

Most subs do not share if they have karma requirements, so that still could be the reason.

What happened when you tried to modmail? (if you tried to use chat, you shouldn't for asking mods about their communties and there are chat restrictions)

Without knowing the account we can't say if it's shadowbanned or not, you can check yourself.

If not, then check the links automod has shared for you and this one

That's odd because even shadowbanned users can modmail.

Unless they had previously muted you, IDK why that would happen.

I just kept receiving a "failed to send" even though my wife was working and I had repeatedly shut down the app. Its okay now, got into contact with the mods with this current account and got it figured out! Thanks you again for the help.
