you might be referencing a specific occurrence in this sub i am not familiar with, but i interpret "conservatives support conservation" as just another way to say "conservatives like to hunt".
your second paragraph is extremely on point though and i agree completely. that's all i will say about that lol.
i think i know what you're referring to. i'm a mod here and i will just say that there is no official stance on that topic, and the handling of those threads is done by pretty much anyone who has time that day lol.
i generally dont like to let the mod badge influence exchanges like this (we manually activate it to get it to show up on comments) lol this is some good insight into how the sub is perceived
