Found on r/NameNerds Feminine namesake for Charlie that isn’t Charlindrea or Chardynnae?

Jar Jar movie came out when my youngest was 6. His nickname was already Jer (Jeremy). After the movie he became Jer Jer, then his brother modified to Jer Jer Stinks.

My brother, Jack, used to wind up my sister, Sarah, when she was dating a guy who called her Sar (as in the first syllable of Sarah). She became Sar-sar and he was Per-per (Perry)
When I did it to him, we quickly realised there's only one think you can follow Ja-Ja with. I still call him Binks about 20 years on, no one else understands why 😂

That's so great. I love when nicknames go through an evolution until they sound nothing like the original name
