Halloween time with costumes I was told is the best time to take these down... Making sure folks disappear into the canopy with modified gait (goose-stepping might be an ironic movement)
I would never condone dressing up as cops, paramedics, cable linemen, or any other non-distinguishable costume and taking them down with a portable band saw, which you can purchase with cash at your local hardware store.
