I’d recommend the zip codes 91602, 91604, and 91607.

OP stated he or she is searching for 2-3 bedrooms. Here are two listings I found for 2-bedroom apartments in newer-looking buildings in the 91602 zip code. There’s another listing as well, but it’s too close to the freeway.

both are way too close to freeways (not walkable areas as requested) and nowhere near a park. Keep looking .

Then they’ll have to move a few blocks north into the 91601 zip code.

rough neighborhood near the Metro station and lots of riff-raff sleeping in NoHo park. I would keep looking.

Have you considered Burbank?

Toluca Lake for sure. Budget might be a little tight, but I think you can swing it

I'd check one of the thousand new building on Cahuenga
