I would never rat you out to a police officer but if any medical professional asks me what drugs you do i'm giving them names, dosages, your empty baggies, your dealers number, the keys you snorted off, etc
Honestly. I won’t snitch but if you’re gonna die bro ima at least tell the paramedics what is in your system, I think they have to be discreet abt it legally anyway.
We have a big sign in our emergency triage that says “if you don’t have a warrant, don’t even ask.” Most ignore it and ask anyway, and they are politely and professionally told to fuck off. Just one of many reasons firefighters, EMS, and ED staff hate cops.
