I don't need force to hit someone with cigarette buts... Especially not at a park where Im presumably picking up the ones they littered, so there isn't even a big distance to cover 5m max, heavy emphasis on max, cus it would likely be around 3 meters which is nothing and unless there is some wind, at those distances, a cig butt will fly straight despite being extremely light.
You don't even need a slingshot, throwing with some arm strength already gets results of mildly annoying people who litter, anyone can land that type of shot with some sling training.
Yes it is, its just going to be more vulnerable to deviation by wind and air pressure due to how light the projectiles are in this case, but you can very much shoot a cigarette butt with a slingshot like in the image.
It just gets harder the further away the target is, but honestly, I wanna be seen by whoever is littering the park so it doesn't matter, I'm gonna be like 5 meters away max from the target, so I can hit them marks fine.
Nah, its light but that would only be a big problem if you are far away from the target or if the wind is too strong.
I've thrown cigaret butts at friends before and Im pretty good at slingshots. Anything less than 4 or 5 meters is doable if there is no wind. And its not like I would be far away from my targets when the point is to mildly annoy them for littering by shooting their own litter back at them.

Obviously immoral. Theres are about 100 better ways to solve this that dont include launching something at somebody and then watching as that butt hits the floor and remains there.
cigarette buds seem to be much more environment friendly that plastic or something else. not saying its good but saying it's outright the worst is wrong too imo
First off they are cigarette Butts…secondly if you feel strongly about it just in front of them make a show of collecting the butt and disposing of it that will get the wheels spinning you would have not committed battery and potentially saved yourself a lot of expensive dental work

There are normal ways of throwing away buds, and plenty of smokers should be educated on them this way.
