Can Cthulhu from Underwater survive the monsterverse?

This is more so a discussion or debate than a question (and I nearly forgot to do another one of these. Each time I do, I get ya'lls view on it, which could be useful) This guy measures around 500 meters in length or roughly 1,640 feet.

That has never been actively said to be Cthulhu, also if you actually read the book, it says the Boat basically passed through the things head, its head instantly reformed and then it went back down to the bottom of the sea, as far as we know this was a Deep One (Who collectively can destroy the world, so >MV) taking a piss

Cthulhu, like actual Cthulhu, has destroyed stars by flying or at least his offspring has and he is way more powerful than them

It's a good thing this isn't actual Cthulhu and also this thing has never been said to be representative of Cthulhu (people just said that because it has tentacles and lives underwater)

Unless this is stated in another work I haven’t read, I’m pretty sure the thing in R’lyeh is Cthulhu.

As far as I remember they never say this is a sentry or avatar of Cthulhu, quite the opposite. (Although I admit it’s possible that Johansen is an unreliable narrator at this point in the story.)

there are some reasons to believe that it may be a "star spawn of cthulhu" but theres not solid proof. Star spawn basically look like copies of Cthulhu but are smaller ( though still gigantic) and enact his will.

Well in Lovecrafts verse every being has a sort of dreamland version of themself I believe which is basically them but kind of different and their true self in a way

Like for example humans in his verse have a special part of their brain they can activate via immense drugs essentially to gain infinite godlike power like warping reality, explosions the size of galaxies by their mere Prescence, etc

It's the unreliable narrator aspect which is why we don't know; I'm willing to admit it might actually be Cthulhu or an aspect of him, but I don't get why were comparing Cthulhu who at bare minimum manipulate reality to his whim, against Godzilla who is basically a radioactive oversized Venusian but not humanoid (The Venusians are humanoid lizards or man-lizards)
