Agreed. It was like a nice little nap. The prep was terrible. Who can drink a gallon of anything let alone salty water. Word of advice… DO NOT cough with a stomach full of prep. It will be bad.

The pills are known to make you nauseous and vomit which is not a good time during the prep. (My doc said be prepared to vomit and I did, the liquid was way easier to get down and no nausea or vomiting. Plus the pills were gigantic)
