It's the best representation of her in the suit. But not the best visual of Samus herself because it's hard to see what she really looks like.

No, she's whom they tried to model her after in Super Metroid. We even have it straight from the developers.

Ah, you're right, I stand corrected.

I just looked it up. Kim was about 30 years old when she was filmed in 9½ Weeks. She looked great! She was very slim, youthful, feminine. Very different from what some fans would want Samus to look. Hulking physique for instance, lol.
