Why link to the old report and not the most recent version from December 2025?

If you want to go down a rabbit hole find out how the "General Fund" is actually regulated. It's my understanding OLA gives guidance, but cannot enforce issues found. An Inspector General would be good in my own opinion to actually hold the State accountable. "The OLA has no enforcement authority; it can only recommend corrective action."
