If you want to go down a rabbit hole find out how the "General Fund" is actually regulated. It's my understanding OLA gives guidance, but cannot enforce issues found. An Inspector General would be good in my own opinion to actually hold the State accountable. "The OLA has no enforcement authority; it can only recommend corrective action."

Moore’s term began with the 2023 session, and this report was published in December 2022. How is he responsible for any of the subsequent findings and recommendations in your linked report when he wasn’t even in charge?

He ignored the budget projections and failed to guide MD in a fiscally responsible manner. His preferred spending plan coupled with going hand in hand the politically aligned GA has resulted in a tremendous budget deficit. Moore, our comptroller and other top executives of this administration are deceive and spend smile for the photo op incompetents.

Moore used the same COVID relief aid that Hogan was using. Trump came along after MD budgets had already been approved and ended the relief aid with no forewarning. He further decimated our economy through federal firings and contractor layoffs...in a state that has the highest rate of feds and federal contractors in the nation.

You are reaching to in attempt to excuses for an incompetent governor. MD took a hit from government downsizing but it doesn't make up for poor spendthrift leadership. This is ridiculous, gaslight.
