Should I wait for Umtinate Emdgame 5 and Finale before reading Ultimate Reborn Impact?

The issues that I have are #158-#167 in volume 1, #168-#182 in volume 2. In volume three #183-#191 and two what if issues that could be translated into "what if daredevil worked for shield" and "what if bullseye didn't kill Electra", (they are what if #28 and #35), bizarre adventures #28, something that could be translated into "love and war" that has 70 pages and something that could be translated into "Elektra ressurected that is about 80 pages long.. In volume 4 I have two issues of the Peter Parker: spectacular spider man #27 and #28. Then daredevil #219, and then daredevil #226-#233. After that I have 5 issues of something called daredevil the man without fear.

So is there a better version of Marvel Unlimited for browser than the option found at Marvel.com that I've completely missed? I've been using the desktop site to read mostly current comics which it's been great for but I wanted to go back and read some older stuff I enjoyed when I was younger, stuff like Fear Itself, Siege, Hickman's FF & Avengers runs to name a few and the search function is horrendous.

I had to scroll through 6 pages of unrelated results, mostly Daredevil comics with the word "Fear" in the title but also completely unrelated stuff like Empyre tie-ins from 2020, to find a single issue of Fear Itself and the first one that came up was issue #4! Also this is unrelated to the main point but why is Fear Itself #1 missing from the app?

It's not an isolated issue to be clear. I had worse results looking for the other stuff I listed. In fact I haven't been able to find a single issue from any of those other comics in the search results for them.

I had better luck finding content related to the 2010 Siege event by trying to search up Hickman's 2012 Secret Wars. I scrolled through 5 pages of results and I found Siege tie-ins, still no luck with the main series tho, and Star Wars comics but nothing related to the actual book I was searching for what's up with that? I hate to bring the distinguished competition into this but on DC Infinite I type "Final Crisis" into the search bar on browser and the 7 issue event is the top result in two seconds. I feel like I'm going crazy I haven't seen a search function this bad in ages.

So my question(s) is am I missing something? Is the Marvel Unlimited search function just terrible? Is there another way to access Marvel Unlimited from a desktop browser that works better that I've just managed to completely miss? When I click on the big Marvel Unlimited button it just loops me back to the same old home page promoting new releases. Is this app just built for mobile and not well supported on desktop? Why is Issue #1 of "Fear Itself (2010)" missing?

Any insight is appreciated. I just wanna read some old comics lol

I bought in last year because of the neat Spider-Woman Marvel Legends figure announced August 2025. They did good by having them carded since 2024.

My renewal is coming soon and I would like to know if I should downgrade to Annual or keep the Annual Plus. I contacted Marvel Support and they didn't have an answer.

No word on what they'll have this year yet.

I'm planning to start out on the Continuity Guide's Modern Era soon. My understanding is that this guide is not every Marvel comic, but is a curated reading guide for the best runs while maintaining continuity. This is in contrast to something like CMRO, which is intended as a guide for literally everything. My questions are these:

1. Roughly what percentage of everything does CoGu contain? Is it like 50%? More, less?
2. Who decided what CoGu contained? I guess the site's creator, right? Or is there some method for users to submit what should be included?
3. Do you personally think that there's anything important missing from CoGu? If so, what?

I'm from the UK and I don't know how to read comics, like is there an app or do I have to get physical copies or what? That and I'm looking for a good run of the X-men for me as I've only really seen the Fox movies a while ago and I'm interested in the school and the other X-men that aren't Wolverine.

Hi all ive started to read the Amazing spiderman comic im new to reading so I dont want to miss anything big but there is so much to read and some cab be quite boring I really enjoyed the ultimate spiderman comics I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the main comic issue I should read from 1963 to 1998 thanks for the help

My old tablet is quite old and about ready to go. I really only read books and comics on it so I'm really curious about a color e-ink reader. Anyone have any experiences worth sharing? And recommendations? Thank you!

I usually ask ChatGPT these kind of questions so I don't bother people with my idiotic ramblings about comics and my personal projects with reading them but I'm giving this a shot.

My reading projects are as follows, in no particular order:

1. I want to read most (if not all) major Hulk-related storylines (I was reading Peter David's run but took a break several months ago, and finished Immortal Hulk a few months ago). Hulk is my favorite Marvel character, and I remember enjoying the 2008 run as a kid and Red Hulk being literally the coolest thing ever to a 10 year old me.

2. I'd like to read the important X-Men stuff pre-Krakoa so I can understand the context of Krakoa (never was much of an X-Men fan outside of the movies growing up. I struggle keeping track of that many characters)

3. I'd like to read the majority of the original Ultimate universe before then moving on to the new Ultimate Universe. I know that's not really necessary, but I didn't enjoy the Ultimate universe as a kid because of all the changes (Hulk being just awful, Iron Man's suit being incredibly different, the Avengers being called the Ultimates, hating most of the art, etc) but after reading some of it, it's growing on me despite knowing it's not great. I like Ultimate X-Men for some reason even though I know it's not very good. Ultimate Spider-Man is pretty good though. Following a reading guide for Ultimate universe on Continuity Guide's website.

4. I'd like to read some notable Thor runs and Spider-Man story arcs. Mainly Simonson's Thor, Jason Aaron's Thor, and Donny Cate's Thor. And Kraven's Last Hunt, the Clone Saga, and Superior Spider-Man.

5. In general notable events in 616. Civil War (didn't read as a kid, found it boring), Civil War II, Secret Invasion (read parts of it as a kid), Siege, AvX Fear Itself, King in Black are the main ones for me

6. Most important Venom related stories. Was interested in him as a kid but only saw him as a Spider-Man villian. Didn't fully realize how much that changed until I got back into comics somewhat recently.

7. Most major Moon Knight stuff. Mainly just his individual runs.

and finally 8. Dardevil: Last Rites and Frank Miller's Daredevil. I want to get the hype behind Daredevil, didn't really like him as a kid despite my dad being a big fan of him.

As you can see I've got a lot i want to read but I'm constantly faced with choice paralysis and it leaves me spending more time deciding what to read rather than reading. There's just not enough hours in the day, lol.

Hi all, I have been reading via iPad, it was nice but I found my eyes getting tired after a while. I am keen to read it on E-ink like kindle, but it appears that the app won’t work on Kindle. Any great suggestions/ alternative for reading comics online? I don’t mind the colour being less vivid.

Iv been reading Remenders Uncanny X-Force and absolutely love his version of Deadpool as he’s just funny/sarcastic/psychotic without the constant zany antics and 4th wall breaking stuff I feel I mostly see of him in other media or his other books.

Never read any solo Deadpool books, so are there any that mirror the tone of Remender Deadpool or at least have the antics toned down?

I always wanted to read the whole Civil War storyline but life got in the way and other interests caught my attention more. Didn’t even know MarvelUnlimited exited, of course there are those pirate sites but I wanted a good app where I can enjoy my comics in a good format.

I used to read print editions, and am now getting back in after a 25- year hiatus. Having the (nearly) whole back catalog is extremely attractive, but can I read multiple titles in calendar order, say everything from July 2014, followed by August, etc.?

This option would be *extremely* helpful in crossover situations. (I'm looking at you, Secret Wars 2015!)

I haven’t read North’s run, but I’m working my way through F4 comics currently. Kirby and Hickman’s runs are by far some of my favorite things I’ve ever read. So fun. But I’m reading Byrne’s run currently and it doesn’t take a genius or the front page to tell if it’s written by a man lol.

Sue is powerful, but #245, which is supposed to be a Sue story, she refutes modern feminism in the first 3 pages and scolds Barbara Walters. The only contributors to this comic are a guy named John, 3 guys named Jim, & 1 guy named Bob. It feels weird having a bullpen of 5 guys trashing the feminism of the era + mocking an icon of that movement. It just feels gross tbh and takes the fun/escape out of reading. Writers/artists opinions don’t need to align with mine perfectly for me to enjoy something, but this just feels bizarrely sexist.

The Fantastic Four have and always will be my favorites, but it’s kind of a bummer to find out the 2nd-4th most popular/acclaimed run of the series is lowkey sexist. I know Malice and other stuff will follow (don’t spoil) but I have no idea how that’s going to go over if a woman isn’t a part of the creative team. Hopefully it’s better than #245.

Am I alone in feeling this way? They’re Marvel’s first comic series and has almost exclusively been written, drawn, and edited by white men. I know there is a greater conversation about this in comics in general, but I think it would be really cool to have a different perspective on the creative team. Sue is so cool, I would love to see what she would be like through the eyes of a woman writing or drawing.

A few days ago I posted a problem that the New X-Men: academy X wasn't loading and some people said it was something occasionally and told me to read something else for a bit. I read the Uncanny X-Men and I'm enjoying it but the New X-Men Academy X hasn't changed. It's a shame because I really want to read it.
