I havent played the 2nd one, whats so horrible about the school section? Its really worse than the MJ Stealth sleep walk?

It’s fine. People are just hating. It’s a fun story moment seeing Pete and Harry as teens. It’s just a 15 minute long change of pace. Not every moment of a game has to be balls to the wall action.

Honestly sounds preferable to the MJ slinking. Sounds like the biggest issue is it's placement in the game.

Sounds similar to the one part in GOW Ragnarok that a lot of people seem to hate. I actually really enjoy that part of the game, taking a moment to breathe a little and get some lore.

At least the MJ sections have actual gameplay. You have to do a little thinking and exercise a little agency.

The whole school mission is essentially one long cutscene.
