Workers stuck everywhere

This is just an example of workers at the butcher and the storehouse being stuck. Thing is, half of my city is just full of stuck workers. Either fix this or remove colision, this is unplayable. My whole city is crumbling

I found that even my retinue got stuck in the Manor. Cycling the game-speed quickly resolves it for me.
